Depending on your desired fullness we recommend purchasing at least 3 bundles for lengths 16-20 and at least 4 for lengths 22-30. Other factors may include lace size, head circumference, and past experience with using less or more hair for different looks.

This hair is absolutely reusable and can last years with proper maintenance, follow our hair care guide for our recommended tips!
The term "Raw" as it relates to extensions means the hair has been sourced directly from donors overseas, left unprocessed, and no chemicals have been applied to alter the hair. The hair is as natural as can be making it both higher maintenance but also higher quality.
If you have the appropriate tools, straightening iron, curling iron, wide tooth comb, baby tooth comb, melt band, and hair products to install to your desire - of course! Our Head Soft Gal learned how to do her own quickweaves while testing this hair. If you feel more confident in having a hair professional install your hair, you can do that as well.

No, another great aspect of raw hair is the texture is unaltered, and how it comes is the natural texture of the hair. This hair can be washed hundreds of times and as long as it has not been heat damaged or improper maintenance, it will continue to have it's wavy texture.

This is a personal choice depending on your level of experience with maintaining a lace closure as well as with extension installs.

We recommend a 2x6 for beginners. As it has a less amount of lace to keep laid and melted, easily looks natural similar to a traditional sew-in or quickweave style, and can be used for middle or side parting.

We recommend a 5x5 closure if you desire more parting options such as side AND middle, want to do more elaborate styling with baby hairs and braids, or you want a more exposed hairline without showing your tracks.

If you did not utilize our pre-wash service or jet black service, you should inspect the hair to make sure you received the correct order. Please review our policy page if there are any discrepancies. After we would suggest using a clarifying shampoo and washing the hair in cold to lukewarm water prior to installing. We also recommend deep conditioning the hair with a smoothing or shine enhancing treatment for a luxurious install.
Film lace is even thinner and less detectable than regular HD lace, offering an unparalleled melt. However, this also means film lace is more delicate and requires careful handling compared to regular HD lace.
